Day 3
Embrace the Power of Positive Thinking

There are many reasons for me to not feel positive today - lack of sleep, the overcast weather, stress, etc. Instead of focusing on the bad, I will today choose to list some things that make me happy and make that a focal point of my day. 

Things that Make Me Happy
1. The book 

Taking the Leap: Freeing Ourselves from Old Habits and Fears

2. ice water
3. swimming
4. coffee ice cream
5. sitting in the sunshine when it's not too cold or too hot outside
