Drop Weight or Drop Dead: 100 Days to a Healthier Self


Invest in myself. I'm a human and I'm worth it!

Day 2

I hate adding yet another thing to my planner, but when I remind myself that I am worth it - I am worth it!

Even on a tight budget, I recently downloaded the app Superbetter. It's a little silly, but it is customizable self-help app that encourages me to start better self care habits.

I am using MyFitnessPal to log my food intake. It's free to use and easier than writing everything down on paper (already been there, done that) Nope, I am not a fan of a long to-do list. Yes, I want to eat better today so I will squeeze in time to journal my daily calories. I can make MyFitnessPal as complicated or simple as I choose.

Nope, I am not sharing brand new information on this blog. The novelty factor is my taking better care of myself. If I am treating myself well, I tell myself I have value. I am busy. Everyone is busy. I forget I must put time into my self care. I am so much happier when I practice good self care. My sense of well being is 100% improved. I am sensitive to change, to routine. I know everyone is not like that, but I do know everyone deserves good self care.
