Day 1
Today's goal: plan a nutritious dinner
Yes, I agree that eating breakfast is important. For me at this point in my life, however, I tend to overload at dinner if I am not careful.
Today's dinner
Canned tuna (in water) with chia seeds 
Baby carrots
Green beans
