Drop Weight or Drop Dead: 100 Days to a Healthier Self

Today Is Monday - Will I Survive It?


I am not a fan of Mondays. 
I am feeling extra fatigued because I stayed up too late last night. It is difficult for me to fall asleep. It is hard for me to stay asleep. I really just hate going to bed, but once I get there, I could stay in my room forever. 
To increase my energy going forward I will:
1. take B vitamins 
2. drink plenty of water
3. drink less alcohol
4. plan something fun for Mondays to keep it light
5. squeeze in exercise regardless of my busyness 
6. eat small amounts of dark chocolate
7. get plenty of winter sunshine
8. connect with a friend (instead of napping lol)
9. take fish oil 
10. make art - it releases stress
